Tour Arrival
All participants must be at the meeting point at the official start time for the tour.
Participants who arrive late may miss the tour and are not entitled to a refund.
Please make sure you have all your belongings and are ready to board at your pick-up time.
Cancellation Policy
Sequoia Majesty and Sequoia Splendor tours have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations outside of 48 hours from the departure time of the tour will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside of 48 hours of departure time will receive no refund.
Private Sequoia full-day tours and Private Kings Canyon full-day tours have a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations outside of 7 days from the departure time of the tour will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside of 7 days of departure time will receive no refund.
Changes to Itinerary
The itinerary is subject to change at any time due to weather, road conditions, and unforeseen events.
