Tour Arrival
All participants must be at the meeting point at the official start time for the tour.
Participants who arrive late may miss the tour and are not entitled to a refund.
Please make sure you have all your belongings and are ready to board at your pick-up time.
Cancellation Policy
Private Sequoia Full-Day Tours and Private Kings Canyon Full-Day Tours have a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
Sequoia Majesty and Sequoia Splendor tours have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may affect your travel plans, including illness, injury, flight delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for non-refundable tour costs when covered events occur.
